<h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <ul> <li>Prep the hair using lots of <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-pli-heat-activated-styling-spray-190-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Pli.</a></li> <li>Find side parting and blowdry flat until smooth and shiny. </li> <li>Run through with <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/balmain-cordless-titanium-straightener/" target="_blank">Balmain hair straighteners </a>to give shine concentrating on lengths and ends.</li> <li>Spritz the hair with <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-pli-heat-activated-styling-spray-190-ml/" target="_blank"></a>L’Oreal Professionnel Infinium hairspray for control.</li> <li>Using a <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/neville-oval-paddle-bristle-brush/" target="_blank">Neville brush</a> pull the hair back to the occipital bone and tie firmly in place using elastic.</li> <li>Once secured, run the Balmain straighteners over the lengths once again.</li> <li>Wrap one piece of hair from length around the elastic and secure with grip.</li> <li>Heat a pump of <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-liss-control-serum-50-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Liss Control Serum </a>between your palms and smooth over top section for extra shine. </li> <li>Finish with a light mist of L’Oreal Professionnel Infinium hairspray.</li> </ul>

<h5> Hair by Fernando Spano </h5> <p> Fernando Spano supported by Neville Hair & Beauty Salon using L’Oreal Professionnel. </p> <h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <ul> <li>Prep the hair using <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-pli-heat-activated-styling-spray-190-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art PLI</a> and blowdry hair smooth using a round brush and hairdryer.</li> <li>Brush hair backwards from the face and smooth using hands into a high ponytail.</li> <li>Use one hand to hold the ponytail into place and, use the other to spray all the hair with L’Oreal Professionnel medium hold Infinium hairspray.</li> <li>Secure the ponytail tightly using elastic then spray L’Oreal Professionel Ring Light to the crown and pony tail for added shine.</li> <li>Divide the pony into two sections and, using fingers, twist each section and then wrap these halves around each other.</li> <li>Roll the twists into a bun and pin into place.</li> <li>Leave any flyway’s out for an undone effect.</li> </ul> <P> Pictures by Ambra Vernuccio </P>

Jack Merrick-Thirlway creates the hair looks for Julien Fournié’s AW23 collection at Paris Haute Couture

<h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <p>Before the show, Jack created a shape, that would he would later attach to the models hair, by sewing two pieces of full textured hair structures together</p> <p>He also created tentacle like structures using hair extensions and the Marcel Wave technique that he would later pin to the models’ hair.</p> <ul> <li>Section the hair from ear to ear over the top of the head and clip the front section away.</li> <li>Tie the remaining hair (back section) into a tight bun above the occipital bone to create an elongated shape to the head, fitting with the first creatures theme of the show.</li> <li>Pin the previously made hair structure over the bun creating a large shape , ready for moulding.</li> <li>Using clippers, create an elongated, alien-like structure that flows with the natural hair.</li> <li>Wrap the structure in a hair net and spray with L’Oreal Professionnel Infinium hairspray. Diffuse whilst spraying to create a very smooth finish.</li> <li>Add <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-techni-art-density-material-100ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Density Paste</a> and <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-liss-control-smooth-gel-cream-150-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Liss Control</a> to the front section before brushing towards the back of the head to further amalgamate the natural hair and the sculpture together.</li> <li>Fix the tentacle structures using pins.</li> </ul>

<h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <ul> <li>To achieve the correct texture, spray roots with water and then apply L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Pli on damp hair.</li> <li>Blowdry the hair in small sections using a medium sized brush making sure that curls at the ends of the hair are bouncy.</li> <li>Set hair in large rollers and apply L’Oreal Professionnel medium hold Infinium hair spray and leave for around 45 minutes.</li> <li>Release the rollers and section by section brush hair sofly to create body.</li> <li>Leave the fringe until last.</li> <li>Add <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-liss-control-serum-50-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Liss Control Serum</a> to create smooth ends.</li> <li>Back comb the crown of the head to extend the head shape.</li> <li>Add <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-super-dust-volume-texture-powder-7g/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Super Dust</a> to the roots to eliminate shine and create more texture and then set the look with a mist of L’Oreal Professionnel Infinium medium hold hairspray.</li> </ul>

<h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <ul> <li>Apply <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-pli-heat-activated-styling-spray-190-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Pli</a> to damp hair and rough dry to 70-80% dry using a soft brush.</li> <li>Section hair into small sections and blow dry using a round brush wrapping the hair around the brush until completely dry.</li> <li>Once each section is dry, add large rollers and clip into place.</li> <li>When all hair is in rollers, spray with L’Oreal Professionnel Infinium spray.</li> <li>Apply heat all over with a diffuser and leave to cool down.</li> <li>Once completely cooled release silver clips.</li> <li>Using a shot of cold air from the hairdryer, release the curls to create natural volume.</li> <li>Use fingers to separate and dress.</li> </ul> <p> All show pictures by Ambra Vernuccio </p>

<h5> Hair by Jack Merrick Thirlway </h5> <p> Jack Merrick-Thirlway supported by Neville Hair and Beauty artistic team using Philip Martin’s. </p> <h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <ul> <li>Prep the hair using <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/philip-martins-babassu-spray/" target="_blank">Philip Martin’s Babassu Spray</a> on the roots and hairline.</li> <li>Blowdry the product into the hair backwards to create a super flat and sleek surface, concentrating on the hairline.</li> <li>Section a Zig zag parting from the front hair line to the back of the nape using a pin tail comb.</li> <li>Re-apply a cocktail of <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/philip-martins-babassu-spray/" target="_blank">Philip Martin’s Babassu Spray</a> and <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/philip-martins-natural-mousse/" target="_blank">Natural Mousse</a> to control and mould the braids.</li> <li>Braid the hair on either side of the head using small sections down to the back of the middle of the nape.</li> <li>Using elastic, tie the hair where both braids meet to create a pony tail with remaining hair.</li> <li>Apply a large quantity of Philip Martin’s Shine Rose serum to create an oily finish.</li> <li>Twist the ponytail tightly into a small bun and secure with pins.</li> <li>Finish with a light mist of <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/philip-martins-strong-air-spray/" target="_blank">Philip Martin’s Air Spray</a> to secure the look and create a polish finish.</li> </ul>

<h5> Hair by Jack Merrick Thirlway </h5> <p> Jack Merrick-Thirlway supported by Neville Hair and Beauty artistic team using L’Oreal Professionnel . </p> <h5> How to achieve the look: </h5> <ul> <li>Damp Hair</li> <li>Prep the hair using <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-liss-control-smooth-gel-cream-150-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Liss Control</a> for smoothness and heat control then apply <a href="https://old.nevillehairandbeauty.net/product/loreal-professionnel-tecni-art-pli-heat-activated-styling-spray-190-ml/" target="_blank">L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Pli</a> for hold.</li> <li>Rough dry hair entierely and smooth using a large round brush.</li> <li>Use a tail comb to find the centre parting.</li> <li>Start from the back using a medium to large barrel tong and twist sections of hair around the barrel leaving the ends out to create a soft wave. </li> <li>Every few sections bend the hair slightly less than the previous to create more a varying wave that isn’t so consistent. </li> <li>Once happy with the wave, spritz with L’Oreal Professionnel Morning after dust and some L’Oreal Professionnel medium hold infinium hairspray to finish.</li> </ul> <p> Pictures by Ambra Vernuccio </p>
